Batgirl!
Okay, so my scanner absolutely hates the paper I used for this. There's
slight ridges on the paper, and that causes the graphite to become
reflective, but the lines aren't noticeable when you view it in person.
The costume is probably most similar to Barbara Gordon's
(the second Batgirl, aka Oracle).
